How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

For U.S. orders, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Customers in select western states may receive their orders sooner, usually within 2–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or destination-specific conditions. At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You can return a product within 15 days of receiving your order. To ensure hygiene and safety, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • How to start: Contact us first at support@thedipara.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
  • Damages or issues: If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. Damaged or incorrect items can be returned or exchanged even if the packaging is opened.
  • Exceptions: Some items cannot be returned, including opened herbal foot soaks, customized items, sale items, and gift cards.

Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
