Refund policy
15-Day Returns
You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To ensure hygiene and product integrity, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Trying it for the first time?
For select starter products designed for first-time use (such as trial-size sets), we understand you may need to try it before deciding.
If it’s not the right fit after your first use, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right.
How to Start a Return
Contact us first at support@thedipara.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue. Damaged or incorrect items can be returned or exchanged even if the packaging is opened.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or personalized items
- Opened personal care products (including herbal foot soaks) are generally not eligible for return, unless there is a quality issue or part of a first-time trial experience as noted above.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
For health and safety reasons, opened herbal foot soak products cannot be returned. This includes:
- Single boxes (3-pack) once the kraft paper bag has been opened or unsealed
- Full boxes (12-pack) once the tear-strip carton has been opened
Due to the natural herbal ingredients, some individuals may experience allergic reactions. Customers are advised to review ingredients and discontinue use if any irritation occurs. Returns are not accepted for opened products, except for defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your original item following the instructions above and place a separate order for the replacement.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
