About this quiz

This is a TCM body type quiz based on Chinese medicine constitution theory, and is

designed based on the “Classification and Determination of TCM Body Constitutions” framework published by the China Association of Chinese Medicine. It is sometimes also referred to as a Chinese medicine body constitution test, used to understand how different patterns may show up in the body over time.
