How do I use a foot soak?

Prepare: Fill your foot basin with freshly boiled water.
Herbal infusion: Place the unopened Root Tonic sachet in the water, and sprinkle the Bloom Blend petals in. Let them infuse for about 1 minute to release warmth and fragrance.
Cool to comfort: Let the water gently cool to a soothing temperature (about 100–104°F / 38–40°C). Add a splash of cool water if needed. Use our temperature strip to find the perfect warmth for your soak.
Soak: Immerse your feet for 20–30 minutes, 2–3 times per week, to enjoy a relaxing and warming ritual.
Tip: Use the reusable mesh filter to lift out the petals for easy cleanup.

Why should I try it?

The feet contain many reflex areas and are far from the heart, which means circulation in the lower body tends to be slower. Foot soaking with warm water and herbs is traditionally used to encourage circulation, helping ease leg heaviness and the physical tension that builds up through daily life.

Different herbs are selected for their distinct traditional properties, and different pairings are believed to support the body in different ways. dipara brings this practice into modern routines through thoughtful herbal combinations and a simple, ready-to-use format—making the benefits of foot soaking more focused, consistent, and easier to maintain as part of everyday life.
